As the train filled with people at Times Square, they realized they needed to sit up... behave a bit better. Yes, it was Pride Sunday.When the car was very full, their PDA seemed to go unnoticed. But I knew better: All those around them knew and got the message. Their message.
I knew, too. And when we arrived at the last stop in Flushing, I gave them 2 stickers I still had from marching in the Pride parade. "God Made Me Queer."
